An 8 week self-paced training with opportunities for 1:1 coaching for IFS Level 1 trained practitioners who want to learn how to communicate with their Guides, be more discerning of parts, Self and the unseen realms, and establish meaningful connection and collaboration amongst all aspects in order to foster greater harmony in the system as a whole.

This series is for IFS Level 1 trained practitioners who desire a relationship with their Guides and are ready to make that connection happen. Being able to discern the difference among your parts, Self and the invisible world, opens the door for you to go deeper into your understanding of yourself, as well as discover pathways of support available previously unknown.

What You Will Learn
So much about working with the invisible realms! But I'm going to be honest with you that this training isn't for everyone. Created with a decolonial and animist centered consciousness, this learning experience honors and creates space for intersectional experiences and perspectives. In short, it was mindfully constructed in a way that elevates and respects different cultural and spiritual traditions and wisdom; while de-centering traditionally Western ways of doing and perceiving.
It is experiential meaning; even though you will be given videos, meditations, and workbooks to learn from, it's the home practices (the doing) which hold the magic. Western culture emphasizes understanding first then doing; whereas indigenous culture invites us to do in order to understand.

Having a clear cut process to identify your way of receiving and clarifying who you are connecting with is the game changer. Energy protection, clearing & management protocols
Receive guidance on energy management and how to set up your spiritual practice and space so that it is always cleared and protected. This isn’t stressed enough or at all in some trainings. (It could actually be a full training in itself!) Exploring new terrain, engaging with the spirit realm, all of that can be exciting AND anxiety provoking. Why not do what you can to energetically protect yourself and feel safe in the process? ($1000)

Practices to lead you from beginner and beyond
This training is not one and done, but rather a 2 for 1! Once you master the basics, there are practices that can take you even deeper. Use the included advanced practices to establish and deepen your relationship with your Guides, parts, and other supportive sources, including discovering the specific gifts you possess as part of your purpose and lineage ($1000)

Access to Q&A
Self-study is great and it's expected that questions arise in the process. Listen in on a recently recorded Q&A to hear about some commonly held concerns and questions, and practices to tackle them. ($500)

Personalized support
You will have access to 2 one to one coaching calls as part of the program; however, you can add on 4 one on one coaching calls to help further hone your personal practice and connection. We’ll focus on specific challenges with connecting that are showing up, as well as create a plan for you going forward. Calls must be booked during the 8 week period from date of purchase. ($2000)

Meet Dr. Kristine
With 15+ years experience as a holistic healer, Reiki Master, and Western trained Psychotherapist, I deeply believe that part of my life’s work is to be of service to the world. I have worked both in public and private institutions, such as Weill Cornell NY Presbyterian, Bellevue Hospital and NYU and received degrees from Columbia University, the University of Pennsylvania, and the Multidisciplinary Association for Psychedelic Studies (MAPS).
Psychodynamically oriented and trained in mindfulness, IFS and EMDR, I prioritize thoughtful collaboration with my clients; while providing gentle, support that respects their pace, their goals and their nervous system expression.
Being of Filipino Indigenous and Hispanic descent, coming from a lineage with shamanic and animistic roots, and living in the US, I personally understand the importance of having all aspects of one’s self welcomed into a space. I have cultivated a trauma-informed, liberation-focused, anti-racist, feminist, LGBTQIA+ celebrating practice framework that integrates, honors and creates space for all aspects, including my clients’ experiences, beliefs, spirituality, cultural and wisdom traditions, Western psychology, and various pathways to healing, including psychedelic science, community engagement, and culture specific approaches - all of which can support healing and their flourishing.

What happens when I enroll?
You will receive a link via email giving you immediate access to the program. New content will be released weekly over an 8 week span.
When will all of the course content be available?
The first module is available to you immediately! Content will be dripped out each week once you sign up.
Will this course always be available?
It is available for now. I can’t say how long I will offer it.
What do I need to do to prepare before I join?
At minimum, in addition to an openness to the experience and awareness of your Self and parts, you have to have some experience with meditation and be able to sit for at least 10 minutes.
What kind of support can I get in the program?
The modules are self-paced and you will have access to 2 one to one coaching calls; however, if you wish to ensure that you are supported throughout the program, a 4 session coaching bundle is available for an additional $960.
*Please note sessions must be booked within the 8 week period starting from date of purchase.
How much does it cost?
The self-paced course is $960 with the option of pay in full, a 2 month payment plan or 3 month payment plan. If you wish to add on personalized 1:1 support throughout the program, a 4 session bundle is an additional $960.
What is the refund policy?
Since this is a digital product, all sales are final and there are no refunds. You are asked to show up in right relation and integrity with me as the guide, and that includes honoring our agreements as sacred and payment as energy exchange. Please check in with your gut, your schedule, and your bank account before signing up to make sure this is a definite "Yes” for you.
